    Shock Sensor Util - Leave it or trash it?

    Do you guys recommend using the Fujitsu Shock Sensor Utility? I've installed it just out of curiosity. I'm VERY careful with my laptop, but then again, who knows. Sometimes accidents happen.

    Should I leave it or save the tasktray space and resources?

    ...and another thing. When running on batteries, I have my CPU to run as Max Battery saver, another words on the lowest frequency. Yet my fan constantly kicks in which I know isn't too battery friendly. Is there any way of setting the fan to be more "battery friendly"?
