Hi, does anyone know where I can find reviews for this laptop. Or even maby; pictures besides the stock/company photos from fujistu.com? Please respond if you have any information about this laptop. I am thinking of getting one, so any tips would be helpful!

    Thanks! [ :D]

Ok, well how does it perform? Would it be able to run multimedia applications; maby some light gaming? Another downfall is that is only has 32MB Intel Integreated Graphics not the 64MB version. But, I guess you won't be playing many games with the system anyways. But still how well does it perform?

Isn't there a BIOS setting that will toggle the num lock off or on? Regards, Ace[8D]

It shouldn't default to on, but yes, there may be a BIOS setting for that. I find that sometimes when I use my external keyboard I forget to turn it off.

The BIOS setting was a good thought, but it was set to OFF. I toggled it on and off, saved settings, continued with startup and saw the Num Lock light come on when Windows started up.

I don't often have good luck with the Windows Knowledgebase, but this time it helped: a Registry setting was the problem.

    HKEY_USERS.DEFAULTControl PanelKeyboardInitialKeyboardIndicators

0 = Num Lock defaults to off
2 = Num Lock defaults to on

This appears to be a "per user" setting, rather than a machine default. Thanks for your thoughts!

bad keyboard problems, real mushy and clakey sounding. Otherwise a decent machine. I think the s6230 is a better machine these days
