    hi, my computer has been doing a lot of dumping of physical memory laltely, so this morning i was about to reinstall windows, when i started the computer, the screen is black and cannot be turned of, (even if i hold the power button down for a while)

    What should i do? is there a reset button somewhere?

    i have a fujitsu N6010

    Unplug and pull the battery to really turn it off. Then use a paperclip to pop open the CD drive. Make sure boot from CD is turned on in the BIOS and give that a try.
