I just contacted Fujitsu customer service, and after 30 seconds on hold talked to a real nice Fujitsu representative regarding my dead pixel problem on my N6210, and they agreed to fix it! This is the way you win a customer for life. ;) very impressed with both the computer AND the customer service.

I've always been impressed that the first person I talk to is someone that can help me.
