So my right shift key wasn't working well on my two year old notebook so i took off the key. Immediately after doing this the rubber push button came out of its place, basically tearing everything apart. Turns out one of the little spikes in the black plastic broke off, hence my earlier problems, but now i have the issue of being able to put back this rubber button in the clear film.

    Anyone have any tips?

    Thanks!
