    Hi All,

I have had my Fujitsu Amilo L 6825 for just over a year now and for the last 12 months we have problems with the dreaded and unexplainable kernel fault checks and the like. Since I have playing Football Manager 2006 it has happened more often (every few hours). I have checked for spyware and everything else that has been suggested, but it seems that it is impossible to do what it says when the screen turns blue and tells me to "Disable BIOS memory options such as caching and shadowing" because our BIOS is not good enough to do this.

Can anyone tell me if I can upgrade the BIOS? I have looked on the Fujitsu website and there is about 6 options for BIOS upgrade, yet I do not know which to choose and do not want to guess as I am reluctant to kill the computer completely!

Any help would be gratefully received.
