Does it matter than we use Kingston RAMs for Fujitsu?

As long as they work and have no bad areas, all memmory modules are the same under the same specs. Some usually go with better quality if they have overclocking in mind, but that's for desktops!
If you want to be a bit picky, check if you get better timings (CL) with one or the other, but kingston seem to always have the slowest timings. Corsair is my prefered RAM brand.

My experience with RAM is that most will work just fine. I recommend staying away from RAM listed as "generic/house brand" as I have read reports where they use really bad material and can be unstable.
Some name brand RAM will draw more/less current, but all should work fine with most systems. As qwester states, some of the higer end memory modules allow for overclocking and such.
Kingston is a good brand in my opinion.
