    Anyone got experience in installing VMWare in the Fujitsu notebook?

    When I install the software, it warn me something about the CPU speed? Anyone know what is it? Will it cause any -ve effect on the notebook?

    Maybe your laptop is in power save mode (speedstep) is it reporting your CPU speed is low? I wouldn't worry about it too much if you met the minimum system requirements for VMware then you'd be ok. But of course if you have a faster CPU and more memory, then you will get better performance with it. I used VMWare before and its a great software.

    When I install the VM, it ask me to modify a file, I forgot what is it, it is about setting the CPU speed.
