    Amilo pro UMTS problem

    hello!
    I have amilo pro v3545.It has integrated SIM card slot.
    I have problem make it work.
    In bios it's turned ON.
    Driver is installed. (i have tried 2 diferent versions)
    Software is 3G Watcher.I tried version (3G Watcher)from DVD that came with notebook, and i tried latest version from Fujitsu-siemens site.
    SIM card is inserted, but do not work.
    I use Win XP SP2.In my device manager windows dont see this hardware,3G Watcher too.
    Any suggestions? What to do?

    I'm not sure I understand u.I have bought v3545 WITH sim card slot.This is model for europian market and it has UMTS supprot.Slot is located on the bottom of the laptop.
    Tech support - "we'll replace your model".
    But, what if they give me model with bad pixels or something like that....
    What to do then??
