    Anyone knows when the Amilo Xi 1546 will be realesed? It is a very powerful notebook!

    Intel Core Duo processor to T2700 (2,33 ghz) :eek:
    Weight 1,7 kg :eek:
    Graphic Card Ati Mobility Radeon 1800 :eek:
    17" LCD Screen :eek:

    Hey Pippo,

    I am also waiting for that beast. But you got the weight wrong, it is 4 kg. I dont know when it will come, but I want only one thing:

    I hope it isnt as buggy and bad quality as M3438G because:

    50% of those notebook had lagging issue
    10% of those notebooks had overheating problems (fan didnt go on)
    5% of those notebooks had bad quality build (speakers didnt work, keyboard faded away, after using a while the left palm area gets dark)

    I can tell you this because my brother trades M3438G laptops.

    Swank, how much are you paying for it (with or without VAT)?
    I am seriously contemplating waiting until it comes out, just don´t know how much longer I have to wait and how much more money I need to save up :). Thanx

    I looked at some Fujitsu's in person for the first time today, and their screens were stunning. If only Amilo's were available in the U.S... :(

    Hi there,

    I'm new here and i total noob :eek: on notbooks3 weeks ago i won a :fujitsu:Xi1546 playing an Online game <= Scoreboard (still proud of :rolleyes:) 4e place (name= Arista).

    Now for most of you guys this wil be a verry stupid question :cool:

    :confused: So this notbook has a :centrino:Centrino dual core cpu. With what can i compare the cpu when i want to buy a game for this one, mostley there is like 1.8Ghz on the box of the game buth what is a centrino dual core?

    :confused: Anyone know already something about the release date?

    You can multiply the frequency of your Core Duo with appr. 1.5 to 1.6, then you'll know which frequency an Intel desktop dual core cpu would require to achieve the same results.
