    Hello all,

    My client have an Amilo A1650G and was forgotten 2 passwords - system and user. Can I help ???

    I was removed the battery for CMOS and touch with screwdriver three battery pns for many seconds - the result is only clearing the "user" password. Then I removed all plastic covers, keyboard and metal covers upon the RAM memory, and everywhere don't see "clear cmos" text :(

    Pls, help me, I need any pics and ideas how to clear the system password....

    I can't help you directly, but a Fujitsu service partner could help you.
    In Germany the price is appr. 50 EUR for a password reset (the laptop generates a unique key, this is sent through the service partner to Fujitsu, then they get a master password that'll work just this one time - the laptop must not be turned off until this is done).

    There are also other issues with providing tips to remove passwords. We can't ensure that you or other users which find this thread through search engines are really the legal owner...
