Call the support number on the bottom of your laptop. Have a pen ready and take note of the new number that get in the message at the begining. You will probably get refered to another number by the support agent if you are out of warranty. When you get the corporate support number for out-of-warranty repair you will be told that it will cost you $244.00 US to replace the motherboard. This is apparently the only way they fix these laptops now. Total mobo replacement even if it's not the board.
