I installed x64 with service pack 1 on my m6805. I also have xp home dual booted. What have your expereinces been like? I have one major problem. The system clock is gradually losing time. Example: when the time is actually 6:05 the tiime in the corner reads something like 6:00. I then set the time back to normal, but a little while later, the time is wrong again. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

btw this only happens on xp x64 and never happens on xp home.

I have not tried x64 XP on mine yet...thus I can provide no experience in this matter, though some open-source software with time functions run out-of-time restrictions on this 64 laptop

64bit system clock drift is a bug which affects linux also. it's a bios bug. you can work around it in linux, no idea how you would work around the bug in windows.

I tried to load it, but the driver issues and software incompatability issues made me reload Win XP Pro.
