    emd620 laptop dead after reset bios password ..helppp

    im using acer support( please refer my attachment) to reset my bios password ... all work fine step by step until last step create new password then press ok sudenly hang.. then i switch off power and switch on back. black sreen no respon..
    i thought cause the corrupt bios then i use Phoenix Crisis Recovery Disk (tutorial link below ) http://web.telia.com/~u43311424/crisis-recovery-disk/

    all fail.. maybe wrong version bios..

    Sometimes getting your BIOS recovery to work takes ALOT of attempts. Its rare for it to work the first time until you get the timing and key combination.

    I would keep attempting the key combos to try to recover. If not you might have to send it back for a professional reflashing.

    You can also try wimbios. He's got an entire forum dedicated to BIOS problems and help.

    I dont, sorry :(

    Maybe someone else with your model will come though and be able to dump their BIOS for you. Or you might try eMachines support and see if they have a direct link to a download
