I just found the case for M68xx notebooks on the emachines website, but there's not much of a description. Did anyone reading this forum get one of those cases? What's the quality like, is there enough space for accessories (adapter, cam, mouse, cables etc) and some files and reports (maybe 150 pages). How is the padding/protection?

What are the good cases available anyway ... I've also been looking at a targus top loading notepac case.

I just got a perfect notebook case made by Kensington. It's a backpack type. Sold at Future Shop and Best Buy - 99 bucks. Perfect. Still won't prevent the hinges from cracking though.

    My hinge is cracked again!

    My opinion on Notebook Cases.
The traditional Laptop/Notebook cases scream out to anyone within a hundred yards STEAL ME!!!
I bought the backpack type because they don't look like a Laptop case and could just as easily be dirty gym clothes.[)]

    My hinge is cracked again!

Ditto!! I'm using the TARGUS Sports deluxe backpack. I'm less likely to set it down (and forget it). It also leaves both of my hands free to fight off those notebook stealing ninjas. [B)]
