Hey everyone, I don't know how many of you have this number, but I was given it back in June when they wanted to inspect my laptop to learn more about the hinge cracks. I sent mine in voluntarily so they could determine if it was a workmanship issue and if warranty would cover it. So, for some reason I was given special treatment, given the corporate phone number, and worked with a guy named Dustin at the corporate office.

I have since been able to exchange my M6809 for another brand, but I thought I would should share this number with those of you who are at the mercy of eMachines support. If you are getting ****ty service from the regular customer support number, call this. No automation, a real person actually answers the phone. I found I got better service when I called this number. Enjoy.
