    e machine bios password

    I have an e machine 3115 and when i turn it on it is asking for a password i have never gone into the bios. but currys say i need to pay for the password and that it is a bios password or it needs the password wipeing.ot is only seven months old and thet say they need to send it away and it is my fault.Any help would be gratefull
