So right now it appears that there are three different ways to search for open access points with my notebook. The default windows one, some pre-loaded radio one that appears in my sys-trey, and my install of netstumlber.
I seem to only be able to switch between access points withen the microsoft properties.
Am I doing something wrong?
How do I switch between access point with nutstumbler or the radio tower thing at the bottom right of my screen?

I've never used netstumbler, so I don't know about that. If you don't want to use the windows app to change access points, there are software programs that will handle it for you, but the experience is prety much the same. I unistalled the app that came with my Fujitsu because it was actually worse than the MSFT default.

if netstumbler supports your driver just drive around and you should pick up a good many networks.

oh it does, and I don't need to drive any where I can get about 10 networks from my couch (most of which the MS one dont pick up)but when i click on them it wont switch to it... i guess i have to turn the MS wireless selector off.
