I am trying to remove the DVD-RW drive from a M6809 notebook, but I can figure out how to do it on this model.

Can anyone help me out please?

    Thank you...

There will be a little screw near the drive bay. Sometimes it is just a little button that pull outs, and you can yank the drive from its bay. Make sure that, if your notebook has a screw, that you remove it first.

Other notebooks just have a switch to unlock the bay, and you can pull out the drive.
