Everytime i start my laptop, my comp tries to read for USB mass storage device...and there's nothing plugged in. I also get the little icon in the bottomr right corner. Also, auto play for some reason keeps popping up. I cured the autoplay by uninstalling Flash Icon. Don't know if that had anything to do with it. i also disabled the USB drives. Something i also un-installed was BigFix because it said something about a usb card.
It all happend when my friend put in his USB card and transfered files onto my laptop. At first it kept re-booting, but we were able to use "last known good configuration" but it would still reboot over and over when we restarted.
so now i've reformated it and the rebooting stops and the autoplay stops, it's just the usb is still in the icon tray. Like i said, i disabled the usb drives and uninstalled bigfix and flash icon.
can anyone help?
