i accidently deleted my powerDVD program and tried doing a system restore to a previous point. when i did that, powerDVD wasn't working right so i undid the restore. I looked into the restore cd but all i found were drivers. I thought it had the software too? Can someone help me get my powerDVD working again?

I don't have an eMachine, but usually on Restore CD's, the programs are either on the CD with the drivers in some sub-folders, it may be in some numeric folder rather than a folder called PowerDVD. If it's not located there, the only other place to get it would be in the Restore image itself after doing a system restore with the CD's. You may want to contact eMachine's support to make sure.
