    Memory chipset properties for M6809

    Is it possible to upgrade the BIOS for M6809 or use some soft to adjust the Mem properties? I use AIDA32 checked the Mem is run as 7,3,3,2.5, and the mem bandwidth is not very good, just 84% compare with DDR333. If use some method to adjust Mem run as 5,2,2,2 will be cool.
    My M6809's cpu can OC to 2.3G and M10 can OC to 475/225. but I'd like to improve Mem's efficiency instead of OC the cpu.
