    Ok, im a little confused. I cant see the diffrence between the 2.. Other than a little bit faster processer. Also I was wondering if the price of them would be dropping in the next 2 months :) Thanks alot!!!

    They are both essentially discontinued models, so expect close out pricing. The same basic machine is currently available as the Gateway 7405, 7422 or 7426.

    First PC = Vic-20, 8" 128KB Home-Brew Floppy Drive ... Current Rig = eMachines m6805 ... Quantum Leap?

    The only difference is that the M6809 comes with the 0F05 bios and a Athlon 64 3200+ while the M6811 comes with the 0F08 bios and an Athlon 64 3400+... Same body, same video card, same harddrive, same dvd+/- rw same everything else... You can flash the bios of the M6809 to the 0F08 bios and then the only difference is the processor.
