    Keyboard Problem

    I have a M6811. I was wiping the keyboard and snagged the up arrow key and it popped off. I could snap it back on buy it is in a depressed position. Anyone know how to properly snap the key back on so that the recoil mechanism is intact? This is a first for me. Thanks.
