Emachines D620 MS2257 Bios Upgrade

Hi

I have one of the above machines with the standard V1.03 phoenix bios. Ive just noticed that the uk emachines site has a bios upgrade listed under D620 of V1.13 bios.

Ive downloaded the zip file but there are no instructions. Ive clicked on the winflash113 file and it tells me there are no new bios for my machine. There is also a dos loader included, but again, no instructions.

My questions are:
Has anybody got one of these machines and got this upgrade to work? if so how?
