    Is there anyway to transfer the original warranty if i buy my notebook off of ebay or other used retailer? Does it need to be transfered?

    Talk to eMachines directly, but I don't think it is transferrable.

    Of course, if the first owner never registered his/her machine, then it wouldn't have to be transferred.
