    I just bought an E625-5138, it came with Vista Home Basic and I want to upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate. I contacted the (NO)-help and they said that the do not support OS upgrades.

    Any experience doing this upgrade would be welcome.

    Download Windows 7 upgrade adviser, then just follow the instruction. Windows 7 should be able to pick up all necessary drivers for you.
