    Hi I need help searching for D525/D725 service manual or disassembly.

    Nevermind, i managed to take it apart without breaking anything. I should just write one up. Take picture as I go.

    I would be interested in seeing that manual if you took the time to make it.
    I am trying to disassemble it to modify the case to fit the 1.0 TB WD harddrive. It is a little thicker than the 250 GB hardrive. I trimmed the spacer under the harddrive but need about 1/8 an inch more. If I remove the bottom case cover, I think I can gain the extra room by cutting out a little more plastic from the case.

    After I finish the mod to fit the harddrive, I will work on dual-boot: Win7 and Snow Leopard.
