I am not able to view any of my com ports or LPT ports in my device manager. They simply are not there. Is there a fix for this? I have an m6811 with XP home.

    Thanks

The only com port is the modem. There is no LPT port. You do have 4 USB and one Fire Wire port, which should show up. If they don't, you probably need to re-install the VIA drivers from your restore disk (dvd or cd #3).

    First PC = Vic-20, 8" 128KB Home-Brew Floppy Drive ... Current Rig = eMachines m6805 ... Quantum Leap?
