i recently installed a gtx 560m in my alienware m15x, and it seems to work fine until i bench it. stock clocks, but when it gets up to 62*c in furmark, i docks down! i haven't noticed it while gaming, when i play skyrim it sticks to 66*c without issue and no throttling. am i doing something wrong? when i received it i just through it in and went with it, it came out of a sager, idk if the vbios is the problem maybe or? 70.26.29.00.06 (P1065-0013) vbios. idle temp is 36-40*c though it is cold this time of year.

Sorry if this is wrong spot. I can't find notebook gpu section anywhere on tapatalk..

Throttling in FurMark and other power virus applications is normal for GPU's.
