    Guys, need your help. Acquired riser with GTX 650 graphics card, the problem is that what my laptop no anything other than usb ports. How can I connect an external video card through USB? sorry for my english)

    You can't do something like an eGPU with a GTX 650 through USB. Either ExpressCard or mini PCI Express. There are USB video adapters, but they do not support 3D acceleration or anything that a standard video card would be capable of. They are primarily for displaying static images for presentation purposes.
