    By what I see your TOLUD is C0000000. which is really good.
    As long as TOLUD is equal or lower than 3.25 GB, you will have no problem using eGPU & 4GB or more RAM.

    You can't upgrade PE4H to x2 because expresscard have a limit bandwidth of 2.0 x1
    The PSU probably comes with the cables you need to plug into it

    If you want something portable, check out THIS LINK. A desktop power supply is both overkill and virtually impossible to lug around.
