    Is this desktop spec a good deal?

    Price here approx. USD 640 without monitor , with free wireless keyboard and mouse and AV for three years, warranty for three years.

    The GT720 is a pretty terrible (and old) low-end GPU which only really compares to an Intel HD4600 integreated GPU. Honestly, I wouldn't even bother with a dGPU in a pre-built system at that price point.

    The fact is I have built my own system with a lot of problems and here I was cheated by small computer shops who build PC.

    Ignoring the display card at that price , is it a bad deal then

    If you can find a less expensive system without the GPU, it'd be a good deal. Otherwise, it's a bit for a rip imo.
