    Yeaup, my Dell Vostro 1500 was shipped on 8/06/07 (estimated date was 8/15)... I hope I get an OS disk so I don't have to go through all the trouble of emailing them and waiting them to send me one.

    Question: what was the website that allows you to enter your computer make and model and it'll suggest which RAM chip is compatible? (I need to buy one 2GB chip)

    Even i'd placed my order for the vostro on the 6th...the order status page shows as "Shipped" on 7th itself...wondering how much time it'll take before i finally get it...also, is media direct included on the n-series notebooks(the one without an os)...tia :)

    mine shipped today and should be here tomorrow... next day overnight is kind of pointless for me since I ordered a printer with 3-5 shipping and it got here next day at early in the morning. I live in mass and it shipped out of Nashville, TN. All I have to say is DHL is quick.

    I received mine the day before yesterday.

    Its a little heavy, and the lid rattles a wee bit, but man it performs well. Had UT2004 for breakfast, similarly doing several demanding tasks at once was no bother.
