I'm about to get an E1501 and saw that the option to purchase the Restore Discs are no longer there. Is Dell including a utility for the user to create their own discs or do you have to call Tech Support to order the discs? Thanks.

You can call support and they'll ship out any media you require, free of charge.

You don't need to purchase them, Dell provide restore disks by default.
