Call the main customer support number and they will tranfer your call to the right department. I had really bad experience with Dell Support, hope you have better luck.

Ps you can return it within 7 days so hurry up

The point is I dont want to return it, I really like the laptop, I would just like the screen to be repaired under warranty. And i believe that I have 14 days to return it under the UK long distance selling laws if i wanted to anyway.
I have found a few direct numbers on the internet.

I agree with you, Dell should either fix or replaced the machine but in my case the only options were return it or keep it as it is...
    Any reply back from Dell?

BTW you only have 7 working days to return, not sure why but may be it is due to the fact that Dell is based in Ireland...? Check the terms and conditions in your order confirmation.

is it possible to return laptop bought from uk dell outlet and not incur 15% restocking fee? i bought m18x for 1500 and i want to return it (its way too big for me). but if they charge me restocking fee 200 then ill rather keep it or try selling it on ebay.

Depends, after I complained, I was offered to return the E6220 for another one, or a different model. No re-stocking fee, but I did manage to get it fixed under warranty, and they came on site to fix it. I think that is rare for Dell, considering I have not paid for on-site warranty.
