Does the M1530/M1330/M1730 for example use the same display as alienware laptops? Or do laptops like the Alienware m15x have a better display than the M1530 due to Clearview?

I believe that several Alienware LCDs are supplied by Chunghwa. I'm sure there are other suppliers as well.

Bump, so is it the same type of screen in terms of TruLife and Clearview?

I know there are different manufacturers for different screens, but in terms of how its type, is Trulife tech identical to Clearview?

Yes pretty much. Different terminology, same technology. They were called Clearview before AW was bought out by Dell. Hence, they could not use the same "wording" such as Truelife and whatnot. Had to be different.
