    Good Afternoon -

I have a Dell E1505. I restored using the System Restore feature (Ctrl-F11) a few months ago.

Now I'm needing to do so again due to a very bad virus but it doesn't seem to be working.

Whenever I try the F11 option at startup the system acts like normal and boots up normally.

Does anyone know if this is a One-Shot deal and since I did it once it's gone?

    Thank you -

    Bingo

It shouldn't, probably the partition is not there anymore, that is why you are unable to use that option, but you have to be really quick and precise while using that, it has to be exactly when you see the Dell logo, and hold it and then release it, hold it for 2 seconds then release it, if after a couple of tries this does not work, I think that you will have to reinstall Windows with the CDs,
