When I click on CTRL-F11, nothing happens.

I have a Vostro 1500. Is it possible the systerm restore is not on there. Is there anyway else to access it?

Is there anyway to confirm that it is on my hard drive?

The computer was bought 2 years ago.

Give diskmgmt.msc a look (type it in "search programs and files", "run," or in a command prompt), it will show you the partitions and layout of your hard disks. There will be a partition separate from C: to it if it's there. Usually it's like 4-10GB and labels something about recovery/restore. Don't see any unusual partitions? It's not there, in that case you'll need the DVDs/CDs to do it.
