    Hello everyone!

My name is Travis and I work for the social outreach services team. I work with agents to get us more involved in 3rd party communities and provide proactive content to help people get the most out of their computer.

Now that I've got the introduction out of the way I'll get to the reason for this post. I'm a big believer in taking the complex and making it as simple as possible. The best way I've found to accomplish this task is to use video to give our customers an easy to follow medium.

I've been getting myself up to speed and reading a lot of the threads on this board and I'm amazed by the amount of technical knowhow this place has. Keeping in mind these videos are targeted at general support issues I'd like to ask if you could provide me with topics you'd like to see a video made on.

I appreciate all your input. Our first support video is up and talks about how to use the ALS on the XPS 13. If you'd like to check it out you can find it here.

Thanks Tsunade_Hime! I'm glad to be here. I saw in some other threads that you work in a PC repair shop? I used to do the same thing through college. I had a lot of great memories doing that stuff :)

Yup I work in a tech shop that is an ASP for most manufacturers. Hopefully Dell can revamp DSOD to be a bit faster, always feels like it takes a long time to load anything there, otherwise DOSD portal is great.
