This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     So every time I need to check specs, pull up some drivers or manuals, I am afraid that their servers will be down.

    If you frequently access the site outside of business hours, you might encounter more issues. It's not just Dell though, as many major sites schedule routine maintenance off-hours (and you need to account for time differences).

    If you're on the west coast, it's even worse, as midnight EST is evening PST, when we're back from work and done with dinner...

    Gives people "confidence" on their IT reliability. Especially since Dell is struggling to diversify business away from hardware manufacturing.
