This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hi Everyone,

    My name's Shawn and i work for Dell. I'm new to this forum but writing to ask for your help and feedback!

    As most of you probably know already, at Dell we're publishing extensive support material for our online Support Library in the hopes to help you, our customers, with any issues you may encounter on our systems. We would like to make sure the guides we’re providing are helpful, and I’m asking for your opinion of how we’re doing, what kind of information you would like to see more of, and what guides you've found to be most helpful in the past?
