My question is how useful is the Dell suppoort coftware included in the computers, i just see the icon there, and it never gives me update advices or something, i have found two driver updates in the dell site, and the dellupport software never told me about them, should i keep it or remove it and save memory and startup time

I have the same question...I was willing to leave the software installed when it provided tune-ups, but now that my "free trial period" has expired, it seems pretty useless- the latest pop-up was to inform me of some update to the Sonic software. Is there any reason *not* to delete it?
