I got my girlfriend a Dell Studio laptop as a gift. It has a Vista operating system.
She has written e-mails to friends and/or business associates and they have informed her that they can't print what she sent them because their computer doesn't recognise the system it originated from. Or that it cuts off all the ends of her sentences.
She has also written documents on Microsoft Word on her computer and then copied the file to a flash drive but when she brings it to Kinko's to get it printed they tell her that the file just shows up as gibberish. I'm not that computer savvy so I thought I'd come here to find someone who is and in the hope that there is a simple solution. I'd appreciate the help. Thanks.
