My friend recently bought a dell studio from the dell outlet, and since she ordered and about a day after, it's still in the order processing stage. Is this normal? She ordered one day shipping because she needed it fast, but it doesn't really help if it's still in order processing... When I bought mine, it only processed for a couple hours. Though I did buy mine new. She bought a "previously ordered new" laptop. This is from the US dell outlet.

Actually, i have (had) the same problem...
I ordered a Studio 15 from the outlet
1st time: The price of the laptop exceeded the credit limit on the card due to which the order was cancelled
2nd Time: Stuck in "Order processing" for 4 days...after which I realised that the billing address was given wrong (actually, the shipping address was different than the billing address....I mistakenly swapped them while ordering)...
3rd Time: Order was processed and the lappy is on its way...should be with me in 2 days.
By the way, the 2nd order is still showing "Order processing" after 10 days...
So, check whether all the info you gave is correct while ordering. -

Called the credit card company, and she said the purchase went through. And made sure all the information is right.

I think it is allright...check back after a day..i am sure it will get updated. Otherwise just call the costomer care at dell and see if anything comes up.
