    Hi Everyone,

Well, I've really wanted to buy either the Studio 17 or the XPS this weekend but the deal breaker is the video card.

I spent the last 3 hours reading information about it, and people are saying they're releasing a new graphics card real soon. Another interesting thing I found is that some people are actually getting it if they place a phone order even though it doesn't say it on the website?

Anyone know when it's coming out and can you really get it just by calling or is that BS?

EDIT: I just want to enjoy battlefield/cod4, etc on high setting. Man, is it ever tough finding a good laptop at a good price for that. I'm only going Dell b/c of the finance options ><

EDIT2: Ugh, what's fail is the UK has it!!!

At a glance the specifications from AMD says:

    5650:
    627M transistors @ 40nm
    400 Stream Processing Units
    DirectX 11 support

    560v:
    514M transistors @ 55nm
    320 Stream Processing Units
    DirectX 10.1 support

From that I gather that the 5650 is the better graphics chip. However, the clock rate for the 560v is not mentioned in the specs and could be higher, but I doubt it since the 560v specs hints at it being a cheaper option. Strange though, that it's offered in the most expensive models. Anyone else in the know?

BTW, It's also available for the Studio 17 in the Norwegian Dell webshop.
