I have a dell studio 15 , the day before , the Fan started to run on full speed though I was not using it except for word files.
I changed the BIOS drivers (#3)available at the DELL Driver Download and the installed it , now the problem is gone.

Also can anyone tell me if It has a built in Microphone ?? or I have to use external micrrophone for video Call .

Yahoo messenger is not supporting WEBCAM for Vista , Is there a solution for my dell??

im assuming that it has webcam, try downloading the latest drivers for webcam, and actually everything. if it doesnt work then yahoo needs to work on their version compatibility with vista.

and yes it does have an internal microphone.

I wish I could help you but I too will need answers to this as I try to make my new Studio work its mic and webcam with Yahoo chat.
Btw: Could you make your free BlueTooth stereo headset work. In whatever I could try last week, I would make it work only in mono mode. The stereo functionality is just not working - not with Studio, not even with my A2DP phone (E51 Nokia)

would you care to try both microphone and webcam via other messengers?

    try MSN Messenger, Skype, AIM.
