I have a Studio 1737 with Bluetooth connection. I have used it in the past to send data between PC and phone. Now it is not working.

Device manager says devcie cannot start code 10
Reinstalling drivers tell me to turn on the device using FN+F2 or radio on/off switch. This doesnt work.
Icon is missing from system tray.

Have you checked within the BIOS that the bluetooth device is switched on, I believe it can be switched off in there and the switch disabled also from there.

Also, make sure the WiFi switch on the side of the laptop is on. If you see red showing underneath the switch, it's off.
