Ok guys i have like every problem that can be found on this stupid studio laptop 1735!

first things first, i bought the dell studio 1735 laptop on uklaptops.co.uk were they sell refurbished laptops. I bought this cz for a dell studio 1735 at £450.00 was pretty awesome. However when i recieved it and started the computer i had no drivers for any devices installed. Most of the drivers were easy enough to find and install, this included wifi drivers, graphics contollers, essential vista drivers, and some other ones. However the issues i came across are the features with the laptop. These devices are as shown below:

    Creative Integrated Camera
    Broadcom Bluetooth device
    Biometric Fingerprint Reader
IDT Audio Drivers (Mixer and HDMI).

I ended up finding drivers and solutions for the Broadcom bluetooth device and IDT Audio Driver and basically all of the sound problems (involved opening the laptop to check the audio controller was connected but it wasN'T, stupid technician forgot to. lol!).

However i installed software and drivers for the integrated camera. It worked but after an update or something like that, im not sure, windows does not detect the camera. Any idea guys?

Also my main problem is the Authentec Biometric Fingerprint Reader. Software and windows has never been able to detect it. I've installed the latest drivers and software and searched tons of forums for help but haven't found a solution.

I have 3 unknown drivers, plus a bluetooth periphal device(not really worried about that one cz my bluetooth works anyway without it being sorted out)

Below is a screenshot of my device manager and all the devices installed and then the annoying unknown devices:

see what you can make of this guys and give me a shout wen ya think ya can know what it is. Thanks!

    Stephen!
