I got my shiny new toy today.
Unfortunately my experience has been tainted by popping speakers.
I've read about lots of people getting very quiet speakers, but this is not the case.
My speakers work fine, but the speakers intermittently make a popping sound.
What's strange is this only happen while I'm operating the computer but it won't make a sound if I'm not doing anything on it.
It also doesn't pop when I play music, I would've assumed that it would pop even more.
Could it just be that the speaker need to be worn in? (I hope so)
Thanks

Updating BIOs didn't help.
Uninstalled the Creative soundblaster software, also didn't work.
I resorted to uninstalling the default sound driver, which did work! So it's definitely the driver causing the issues.
However, upon restarting, the system automatically reinstalls the same driver, and the problem starts again. =\
How do I get out of this one? -
SUCCESS!
The IDT driver was the culprit all along.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the Creative sound blaster software, and now it's all good! -
I wish I could've opted for the Sound Blaster software.
